Returns and Exchanges

[ International ]

Return shipping (to Japan) is at customer’s own cost. 

Basically, we won't accept customer requests for returns or exchanges unless the products are faulty. If there are any questions over sizing or another aspect of your order that we want to take care of before we ship.

We’ll refund or credit your order, provided it's returned within 28 days of delivery, and the goods arrive back in perfect, salable condition with tags still attached.

We will not give you any refund on any worn/used product even if you return it to us.

If you want to exchange something, let us know in advance so we can set the item(s) aside ready for the exchange once the original is returned.  If the order value is $200 or more we will ship an exchange for no extra charge, but if this second delivery is then returned we will deduct applicable shipping charge from refund, or charge shipping for a second exchange.

[ Domestic ]

不良品の場合    
●アイテムによってはご注文確定後に生産する為、返品交換は基本的にお受けいたしかねます。
●万が一当方にて不良が認められる場合のみ商品の交換・返品をお受けいたします。ご希望の場合はメールにてご連絡いただき、交換・返品の意思と理由をお伝えください。なお、ご連絡は商品到着より8日以内とさていただきます。なお、商品到着より9日以上経過してからの返品はお断りさせていただきます。
●未使用に限らせていただきます。
●交換･返品に伴い弊社よりお客様への「返金」が生じた場合、返金方法はお客様ご指定の銀行口座への振込みとさせていただきます。

返品期限    
●万が一当方にて不良が認められる場合のみ商品の交換・返品をお受けいたします。詳細は、上記「不良品」の欄をご確認下さい。なお、商品到着より9日以上経過してからの返品はお断りさせていただきます。

返品送料    
●商品が不良品と認められた場合は、返送・再送の際の送料は弊社が負担いたします。
●お客様都合と判断された場合は、返送に関する送料、返金時の振込手数料はお客様ご負担となります。
